Level 1 Trauma Center

On-going Assignment

PRN Dates

8, 10, or 12, hour shifts

Work Details: • Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center • Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day • Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. • EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia • Hospital bed size: 317 • Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience. • Interview Process: by phone.

Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: CRNA • License required: AZ License (will pay for license) • DEA: Yes • CSR: No • Certifications required: BLS or ACLS • Minimum experience required: Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
