$380K No Nights, No Call, No Holidays (unless desired)

Multiple CRNA's Desired for Permanent Opportunity with hard working but easy-going group. Group is owned by 3 individuals who currently take all the call to allow a work-life balance for the rest of the group. Call is allowed to be taken but currently only work 7:30-3:30 (and just be available until 5:30) and call it a day!

We're hiring permanent CRNAs—new grads and experienced—for a unique opportunity to practice autonomously in a hospital setting with unmatched schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical culture.

Highlights:

1. Autonomy: CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia
2. Support: Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision
3. Mentorship: Excellent for CRNAs aiming to advance toward full independence

What Our Client Offers

1. Base Salary: $315,900 annually
2. Earning Potential: Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week)
3. $10,000 relocation assistance
4. $20,000 retention bonus (with a 2-year commitment)

Ideal Candidates Will:

1. Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer)
2. Value independence, efficiency, and a team-first environment
3. Be comfortable in low-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings
4. Have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia
