Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, or 12s Minimum availability of only 2 weeks/month considered Full-time preferred Level 1 Trauma Center No cardiac cases - General, GI, Ortho, Urology, Plastics, ENT, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Colorectal, Hand Surgery, and some Trauma Compact license accepted

Will license providers during credentialing Temp privileges possible for clean-background candidates Fast phone interview process with Chief CRNA Cross-credentialing available at multiple UofL sites Ongoing need due to staffing shortages Travel/lodging/rental car covered
