Position Highlights

• Competitive salary: $200,000 - $266,000
• EDRP (Student Loan Repayment) up to $200,000
• Federal pension + 401(k) (TSP with up to 5% match)
• 50 days paid time off annually
• No telework. This is hands-on, team-based clinical care

• No call-outs about burnout scheduling chaos here. Predictable structure:

• Day shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

What You'll Do

You'll provide the full spectrum of anesthesia care, including:

• Pre-anesthesia evaluation and planning
• Administration and maintenance of anesthesia (general, regional, monitored)
• Post-anesthesia care and recovery oversight
• Emergency response and airway management
• Collaboration with surgical and interdisciplinary teams

You'll also:

• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor when needed
• Practice evidence-based anesthesia care across a wide range of cases

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current, full, and unrestricted RN/APRN license
• CRNA certification
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
