CRNA | Columbia, MO | Big Quality of Life + $200K Loan Repayment + 50 Days PTO
Columbia, MO
Why Columbia, Missouri?
Live where your life actually feels like yours again.
Columbia gives you the best of both worlds. It's a vibrant college town (home to University of Missouri) with energy, culture, and great food, without the chaos and cost of a major metro. Think short commutes, safe neighborhoods, and weekends that are actually yours. You're surrounded by lakes, trails, and outdoor space, but still within easy reach of St. Louis and Kansas City when you want more.
This is one of those rare places where your quality of life actually improves when you move.
Why This Role Matters
This isn't just another anesthesia job.
At the VA, you're caring for Veterans who have served this country. Many of your patients carry complex medical and life histories, and the care you provide directly impacts their quality of life.

-
