Locum CRNA Opportunity – Eastern Oregon Critical Access Hospital | May Coverage | Autonomous Practice

A Critical Access Hospital in Eastern Oregon — approximately 2.5 hours from Boise, ID — is seeking a locum CRNA for coverage from May 4th through May 29th. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an autonomous, collaborative anesthesia practice in a scenic Pacific Northwest setting.

Facility Overview

• Critical Access Hospital
• 5 ORs + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
• Anesthesia team: 1 MD, 4 CRNAs (all autonomous)
• Average 5–20 cases per day (including endoscopy & cataracts)
• Anesthesia runs 2–4 rooms daily
• EMR: EPIC

Schedule & Call

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• Call: Up to 1:4
• 1–2 weekdays per week
• 1 weekend per month
• Must be proficient in OB if taking call

Case Mix

• Orthopedics
• General Surgery
• Podiatry
• ENT
• Healthy Pediatrics
• Urology
• OB/GYN
• Occasional Endoscopy
• No heads, hearts, or spine cases

Required Skills & Procedures

• Spinals
• OB & Epidurals
• Endoscopy
• Peripheral nerve blocks
• Ultrasound-guided procedures
• PICC line experience preferred (not required)

Requirements

• Active Oregon CRNA license
• Board Certification
• DEA preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved exemption)
