Start Date: ASAP (60 day credentialing)
Contract Length: 6 months, ongoing
Schedule: 3 shifts per week minimum; will schedule 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts dependent on scheduled procedures. Weekly availability required.
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, or flexible to lower than full time if weekly.
Work Details:
- Patient population: adults and peds
- EMR: EPIC
- Cases: General Anesthesia, Spinal, Heads
- Setting: Hospital, all inpatient
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Yes
- License required: Active WA license not required at the time of submission
- Credentialing: 60 days
Malpractice insurance will be provided. Travel, lodging, and car rental will be provided or reimbursed. Paid weekly via direct deposit.
