Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Facility: Memorial Hospital of Carbon County (MHCC) Location: Douglas, Wyoming

Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing

• Regular Hourly: $200–$220/hour
• 24-Hour Weekday Call (Mon–Fri): $350/day
• 24-Hour Weekend Call (Sat–Sun): $800/day
• Callback: $200–$220/hour after the first hour, which is gratis
• Holiday Rate: $300–$330/hour
• Elective surgery schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Typical CRNA workday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, depending on workload
• Occasional Friday cases
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week
• Weekday and weekend call opportunities available
• CRNAs may work independently while on call

Memorial Hospital of Carbon County provides a diverse surgical and obstetrical practice with approximately 7–10 patients per day.

Patient Population:

• Primarily adults
• Light pediatric volume
• No surgical patients under age 3, except neonatal/L&D cases

Inpatient/Outpatient:

• Inpatient and outpatient surgery
• Labor & Delivery

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active Wyoming CRNA license (NLC candidates accepted)
• AHA certifications
• ACLS
• PALS
• Trauma experience required
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable taking weekday and weekend call
• Experience with adult, pediatric, neonatal, OB, regional, and spine cases preferred
