**Northern California Urgent Care NP/PA Position: Flexible Schedule and Strong Compensation

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established urgent care team in Redding, California. Position Highlights
- Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant opportunity in a busy, established clinic
- Full-time shift based schedule with 1-2 weekends a month
- Work alongside experienced physicians and dedicated medical assistants in a collaborative environment
- Flexible employment options with choice of W2 or 1099
Compensation & Perks
- $160,000 – $206,000 salary range depending on experience and employment structure
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice with paid tail, retirement, PTO, and CME allowance
- Profit sharing opportunities available
Candidate Requirements
- Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-paced primary care preferred
