Emergency Medicine APP | Southeast North Dakota

Join a critical access hospital where you’ll practice with a high level of autonomy while being supported by an experienced team and 24/7 physician backup. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys rural medicine and making a meaningful impact in their community.

Position Highlights

• 7-on/7-off schedule
• Average of 4–5 patients per day in a 2-bed Emergency Department
• Independent practice with 24/7 AVEL eCare physician support
• On-call CRNA and surgical backup available
• Collaborative team with experienced nursing staff

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 annual salary + Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match
• Paid CME and PTO

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner licensed (or eligible) in North Dakota
• Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
