OB/GYN Opportunity in Stayton, Oregon | $400K+ Bas**e **
Join an established OB/GYN practice with 30 years of community care and an existing patient panel from a retiring physician. You’ll work alongside an experienced team with strong staff retention while helping expand a growing women’s health program in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Position Highlights
- Established patient panel from a retiring physician
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice including C-sections and gynecologic surgery
- Join another OB/GYN, CNM, Women’s Health NP/PA, two consistent locum physicians, and experienced support staff
- Anesthesia and NICU support available, with referrals for high-risk pregnancies
- One clinic, one hospital, and one EPIC EMR
- Opportunity to help grow annual deliveries from 200 to 350
- Brand-new women’s health clinic opening this year
Schedule & Call
- 3 clinic days and 1 dedicated OR day per week
- 34 hours of patient care plus 6 hours of protected administrative time
- Office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Shared weekday call with 2 nights per week
- 1:4 weekend call rotation
- Experienced CNM handles most first-call responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- $400,000 to $425,000 base salary plus RVU incentives
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $3,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
- 34 days of PTO

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- MD or DO from an accredited residency program
- ACLS certified
- Eligible for Oregon licensure
- New graduates, experienced physicians, residents, and international medical graduates encouraged to apply
