ICC Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the ICU team at Southern Hills Hospital & Medical Center. This is an employed W‑2 role offering clinical autonomy, strong institutional support, and professional development within a high‑quality community hospital system.

Key Qualifications

• Acute Care NP certification or PA license.
• ICU experience preferred but not required.
• Eligible to work independently at night with MD on call.
• Ability to work 13–15 shifts per month, including a mix of days and nights.
• Willingness to cover at the sister facility, Mountain View, as needed.

Schedule and Coverage Clinical Responsibilities

• 12‑hour shifts covering a medical/surgical ICU.
• Day team: 1 MD + 1 APP (7:00 AM–7:00 PM).
• Night team: 1 APP with MD available on call (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Full‑time staffing expectation: 13–15 shifts per month.
• Provide comprehensive critical care for medical and surgical ICU patients.
• Work collaboratively with intensivists, nursing, respiratory therapy, and ancillary teams.
• Manage mechanical ventilation and complex hemodynamic support.
• Perform and become credentialed in routine critical care procedures, including: central and arterial line placement; chest tube insertion; bronchoscopy; endotracheal intubation; and ventilator management.
• Participate in patient‑ and family‑centered care, documentation in EPIC, and multidisciplinary rounds.
