    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction.
    • Initiate and manage life-saving interventions, including ventilator support, vasopressor therapy, and dialysis.
    • Perform procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line placements, endotracheal intubation, and chest tube insertions as needed.
    • Hands-on experience with central line placement and endotracheal intubation in acute or critical care settings.

    Collaborative Care:

    • Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and specialists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Communicate effectively with family members, provide updates on patient status and prognosis, and address concerns and expectations.

    Clinical Decision-Making:

    • Make real-time decisions regarding critical care interventions, treatment adjustments, and monitoring protocols based on patient response and evolving clinical conditions.
    • Interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging studies) and integrate findings into treatment plans.

    Patient and Family Education:

    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and accreditation standards.
