• Volume: 8-10 PPD
• Number of Operational Rooms: 2 (2 C-arms)
• Support Staff: 3 RTs, 3 RNs, 1 DON, 1 FA, and 1 PSC
• Anticipated Case Mix: ESRD Interventions: Venography, Arterial access & selective catheter placement, Angiography AVF/AVG, Dialysis vascular access/angioplasty, stent, thrombectomy, thrombolysis, Dialysis vascular access/catheter placement, change, stripping and repair, Infusion for Thrombolysis and Vascular Embolization
• Other: pAVF, port placement, PD catheter placement. For IR: may look to diversify to other service lines. M – F clinic hours, no call, and no weekends
