North Knoxville Medical Center is partnering with a well-established, thriving nephrology practice to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join the team following the retirement of a senior partner. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a busy practice with a built-in patient base, strong hospital support, and a clear partnership track.
Practice Highlights
- Currently 2 Physicians with a goal to grow to 3–4 Physicians
- 3 experienced Nurse Practitioners providing strong clinical support
- Collegial, patient-centered culture with an excellent referral base
- Coverage includes:
- 3 hospitals
- Multiple dialysis clinics
- 2 office locations
- Call rotation: 1 in 3
- Partnership track available after 1 year
