Northern Nevada HOPES, an award-winning FQHC, is seeking a board-certified/eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing Psych Team. Come work and collaborate with mission-driven professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable and integrated care to all.
What You'll Do:
- Integrated Care Model: A psychiatrist at HOPES functions as an integral part of the multidisciplinary treatment team within the Behavioral Health Department. Psychiatrists conduct biopsychosocial assessments, make diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and conduct medication management. They consult with other behavioral health providers, medical providers, support staff, and paraprofessionals to support HOPES’ whole-person, integrated approach to patient care. They may conduct psychotherapeutic interventions based on interest and agency need.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active medical license in the State of Nevada and board certification (eligible), upon on-boarding. *Consideration given for Physicians qualifying for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact [Info Link: https://imlcc.com/information-for-physicians/#DoIQualifyForCompactLicensure]Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written required.

Compensation Details
