Team Health is seeking a physician leader to join our occupational medicine team. Team Health is seeking a Physician Leader for our occupational medicine team. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will combine expert patient care with strategic leadership to shape clinical standards, mentor providers, and drive quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Expert Patient Care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Drive Quality & Policy by developing and implementing clinical standards.
• Serve as a Clinical Expert, performing specialized exams like DOT and MRO.
• Lead & Collaborate with teams to create safe return-to-work plans.
• Ensure Compliance with all worker's compensation, OSHA, and regulatory laws.

Qualifications:

• License/Education: MD/DO with active NJ license.
• Experience: 2+ years in occupational medicine (preferred).
• Certifications: Board certification (Occ Med, FM, IM preferred), MRO, FMCSA, DEA, CDS, BLS.
• Knowledge: Expertise in worker's comp, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Skills: Collaborative leader focused on quality improvement.

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $244,912. Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.

Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.

Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. 

In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
