  • Northern Nevada HOPES, an award-winning FQHC and "Best Places to Work" Hall of Fame member, is seeking an experienced adult primary care Nurse Practitioner/APRN to join our supportive and collaborative Medical Provider Team and make a difference in our community!

    • Integrated Care Model: Work within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) alongside behavioral health, case management, and on-site pharmacy.
    • State-of-the-Art Facilities: Practice at the Jerry Smith and Stacie Mathewson Community Wellness Centers in Reno, NV.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • PA or APRN licensed in the State of Nevada with a specialty in adult primary care.
    • Nevada State Board of Pharmacy and DEA License.
    • Valid BLS required prior to hire, per HRSA compliance.
