Allergy & ENT Associates is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team and support our Baytown and Kingwood locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and has an interest in ENT and Allergy care.

The NP/PA will work closely with our physicians and clinical team to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of ENT and allergy-related conditions. The ideal candidate is confident working independently while collaborating with physicians and other members of the care team.

Experience in ENT, Allergy/Asthma/Immunology, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or another related specialty is highly preferred.

• Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with ENT and allergy-related conditions
• Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform physical examinations
• Develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
• Diagnose and manage common conditions involving the ears, nose, throat, sinuses, allergies, and respiratory system
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications within the provider's scope of practice
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Participate in shared APP call responsibilities as required
• Provide coverage between the Baytown and Kingwood locations based on practice needs
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• National board certification as an NP or PA
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a collaborative medical team
• Willingness to travel between Baytown and Kingwood as needed
