How you'll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
* Call structure: achieve a healthy work/life balance with a Monday-Friday day shift and no weekend or call requirements.
* Practice setting: Outpatient Women's Health Center focused on routine, low-risk pregnant patients.
* Access to On-site capability for interpreting Non-Stress Tests (NSTs) and utilizing Athena EMR.
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Drive Clinical Excellence: Partner with physicians to manage women's health by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions while serving as a clinician, educator, and mentor.
* Enhance Patient Access: Provide individualized primary healthcare services through comprehensive assessments, screenings, and preventative health immunizations.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
