Position: The Medical Doctor will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Physician will diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, and foster patient education to support long-term health. This role requires a compassionate, adaptable, and skilled clinician comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Provide preventive care
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives to promote wellness in the Big Sur area.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices, clinical guidelines, and continuing education requirements.
