Banner Health - a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the nation's premier nonprofit healthcare networks - is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Same Day Clinic team in Fernley, Nevada. Located just 30 miles east of Reno, Fernley offers small-town living with access to outdoor recreation, affordable cost of living, and no state income tax.

Position Highlights:

• Position Type: Full-time, Same Day Clinic
• Schedule: Five-day work week (Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day) - providing consistent, accessible care for our community
• Patient Population: Acute care for all ages
• Clinic Features: Fast-paced, team-oriented Rural Health Clinic (RHC) with on-site labs and X-rays, offering same-day appointments
• No call required

Requirements:

• Active DEA and prescriptive authority
• FNP or PA-C certification with Nevada licensure eligibility
• 3+ years of clinical experience (acute care experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-focused approach
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
