Jiva Health is actively hiring full-time Endocrinologists to support our rapidly growing outpatient footprint across Northern California.

This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity, allowing physicians to live anywhere in the United States while caring for an established and expanding California patient population.

Our model is built around quality outcomes, efficient workflows, strong APP support, and physician autonomy.

What We Offer

• $300K+ guaranteed base salary with strong long-term growth upside
• Fully remote / telehealth-based
• Live anywhere in the U.S.
• Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM PST
• No weekends
• Light call only (1–3 calls/month)
• Outpatient only
• No hospital, inpatient, or procedural responsibilities
• Sign-on bonus
• Up to $100K loan forgiveness for recent graduates
• NP/PA + dedicated administrative support

Requirements

• MD/DO
• BC/BE in Endocrinology
• Active California medical license required
• Comfortable practicing in a telehealth-first environment
• No visa sponsorship available for this role
