Practice:
- Strong support staff of APPs, dieticians, diabetes educators, and MAs
- Outpatient only
- 4-day workweek
- On-site ultrasound
- Walk into established diabetes and thyroid volume
- Epic with AI

- Above-market guarantee transitioning to productivity with a competitive wRVU rate
