Tenet Healthcare and Biltmore are seeking a talented Thoracic Surgeon to join a physician-led team of two established cardiothoracic surgeons, expanding a program built on clinical excellence and collaborative culture. You'll have the rare opportunity to help shape the trajectory of a high-profile thoracic surgery program in one of the fastest-growing metros in the country, with the institutional backing to do it right.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed position with Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo Health
• Non-cardiac thoracic surgery focus across all aspects of the specialty
• Joining an existing group of two successful cardiothoracic surgeons
• Physician-led team with an experienced, stable support staff
• Practice backed by the Abrazo Health network, including five hospital campuses in the greater Phoenix area
• Arrowhead Campus: nationally recognized acute care hospital, accredited chest pain center, and primary stroke center
• Centralized administrative support covering billing, credentialing, marketing, and business development so you can focus entirely on patient care
