Job Highlights
We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our expanding cardiovascular team in Delaware. This is a rare opportunity to practice in an underserved, high-growth market while helping grow and shape a high-impact cardiology program within the state’s most comprehensive private cardiovascular group.

Compensation Details
$500K–$600K
* Market-competitive base compensation with guaranteed salary * wRVU productivity 90th%tile potential * Ownership and leadership tracks available * Comprehensive benefits including: 4% 401(K) match, life, disability, medical, dental, vision, and Rx coverage * Paid malpractice insurance (not inclusive of tail) * Stipends for CME, medical license, and professional organization dues * Ability to participate in USHP's Regional and National Clinical Governance Boards – influencing business decisions and policies locally and nationwide
