Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our collaborative, community-based cardiology team in Northampton, Massachusetts. Compensation Details
$410K–$493K
The salary range for this position is $410,000 to $493,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account your skills, relevant experience, if applicable, education, certifications, and other essential factors. The base pay information provided offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications; however, it does not encompass all elements contributing to your total compensation package.
