Gastroenterologist needed in AZ for an ongoing locum assignment. The clinician needs to have an active state license.

• Requirements: Board Certification; Active AZ License or IMLC and DEA
• Schedule: 24 hour call coverage 7am to 7am

• Average number of case per day: 6 scheduled
• Patient Volume: 8-12 per day
• Procedures Required: Colon, EGD, EGD w/Banding, EGD w/Dilation and ERCP
• Support Staff: GI APP
• Weekly Direct Deposits
