About the Opportunity:

Newly established compensation model for both new associates and partnership conversions! Join a well-established private practice team in Acton, Chelmsford, or Framingham. Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure supported by a strong referral base and modern facilities. Each offers a balanced schedule, robust clinical resources, and a clear path to partnership with no required buy-in.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Updated Starting Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 guarantee per year + additional RVU-based incentive structure
• Updated Partnership Compensation: over $750,000
• Clear path to ASC Ownership and additional income stream
• Signing Bonus
• Fellowship stipend available for PGY5 & PGY6 GI Fellows
