Guthrie is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing team at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum general gastroenterology in an established hospital-based setting with a strong regional referral base, collaborative medical staff, and the support of a fully integrated health system.

- Practice general gastroenterology with a mix of outpatient clinic, endoscopy, and inpatient consultative care
- Work within a collaborative, multispecialty environment supported by experienced clinical and operational teams
- Serve a strong regional referral base across the Greater Binghamton and Southern Tier communities
- Opportunity to help support continued growth of GI services at Lourdes as part of Guthrie’s integrated system of care

Candidate Requirements

- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for or holding an active New York medical license
- Strong clinical skills in general gastroenterology and endoscopic procedures
- ERCP and/or EUS training is welcome but not required
- Commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, teamwork, and professional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with referring providers, patients, and care teams
