Job Description & Responsibilities
· Join an established group of five physicians and four advanced practice clinicians
· Demonstrated proficiency in standard GI procedures and testing. Advanced skills in ERCP and EUS preferable.
· Educational focus – teach and mentor residents and medical students
· Call no more frequent than 1:4
· Instant referral base provided with over 300 Network Clinicians
· EMR-EPIC
· Salary range: $615,000 - $725,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
· Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
· Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
· Group employed model

Job Qualifications
· MD, DO or MBBS
· Board Eligible or Board Certified
· 5 to 10 years post fellowship highly preferred
· Established clinician with leadership experience
· Experience in program development
· Interest in teaching residents and students
· New York State licensure
· BLS certification required
· DEA required
