GI Locums need in Beautiful Washington State

Location: Bellingham, Washington Start: ASAP Duration: 6 Months - Ongoing Schedule: Flexible – M–F or 7-Day Block Options EMR: Epic

Seeking a Gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage due to a gap in coverage. The position offers flexibility between inpatient hospitalist/call coverage and outpatient clinic/endoscopy coverage, with approximately 4 weeks per month available.

• Inpatient & outpatient gastroenterology
• Hospital and clinic privileges required
• ERCP required
• Epic EMR
• Scheduled + on-call coverage
• 24-hour call coverage as needed
• Outpatient clinic and endoscopy coverage as needed
• Weekday and weekend coverage
• 253-bed hospital

Inpatient / 24-Hour Call

• 24-hour hospitalist/call shifts
• Weekday and weekend coverage
• Hospital consults and inpatient GI coverage
• Overnight call as needed

Outpatient / Endoscopy

• 8–9 hour daytime shifts
• Clinic and outpatient endoscopy
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

The facility is flexible regarding the coverage model and can accommodate Monday–Friday coverage or 7-day blocks, depending on provider preference.

Qualifications:

• ABIM certification in Gastroenterology.
• Willing to get or currently have a valid medical license in the state of Washington or active IMLC.
