Gastroenterology Physician Opportunity, Community Health System

Korn Ferry has partnered with Aspirus Health, a non-profit, community-directed health system based in Wisconsin in search of a Gastroenterology physician. This system serves communities through 13 hospitals in Wisconsin, 4 hospitals in Upper Michigan, 2 hospitals in Minnesota, 130 outpatient locations, home health and hospice care, pharmacies, critical care and air-medical transport, and a broad network of physicians. It has been recognized by IBM Watson Health as a Top 15 Health System for four consecutive years in its annual studies identifying the top-performing health systems in the country.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Gastroenterologist looking to step into a productive practice in a growing community. This individual will have the ability to design a department with their own preferences in mind. This opportunity will have ZERO call requirements and provide excellent work/life balance. This position can be based out of Stevens Point or Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, both family-friendly communities located in Central Wisconsin with an abundance of outdoor activities, great schools, and restaurants.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time position; open to 4-day work week
• Outstanding referral base with an established, high-volume practice; currently billing over 13,000 RVUs with capacity for more
• Practice includes a mix of procedures, clinic visits, and hospital consults
• No call; call coverage provided by another physician group
• New endoscopy suite to be completed in early 2024, staffed by an experienced team
• Opportunities to perform EUS/ERCP for interested and qualified physicians 
• Full-time Gastroenterology Physician Assistant in the outpatient clinic
• Clinic and hospital are located on the same campus
• Visa sponsorship available

Candidate Qualifications:

Must be BE/BC in Gastroenterology, as well as have a current and unrestricted US medical license.
