  • Position Overview:

    A leading and rapidly growing aesthetic and plastic surgery practice seeking a talented Plastic Surgeon to join its established team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, fully equipped surgical facility alongside experienced medical professionals and support staff. The practice is expanding its offerings in breast and body procedures, body contouring, reconstructive surgery, and aesthetic treatments while continuing to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a wide range of plastic and cosmetic surgical procedures
    • Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
    • Provide high-quality pre-operative and post-operative care
    • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
    • Maintain compliance with all safety and medical protocols
    • Participate in patient education, marketing initiatives, seminars, webinars, and social media engagement

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
    • Valid Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain licensure
    • Strong experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast and body
    • Proven track record of excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Interest in advanced aesthetic technologies and innovative procedures

    Preferred Experience:

    Ideal candidates will have experience with:

    • Breast augmentation and implant exchange
    • Mastopexy
    • Abdominoplasty
    • Liposuction
    • Brachioplasty
    • Mommy makeover procedures
    • Body contouring and reconstruction
    • Transgender top surgery
    • Female rejuvenation procedures
