Cardiac Anesthesiologist – Baltimore ($150,000 Sign-on & Retention Bonus)

MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology, one of the largest employed anesthesia groups in the DMV/Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a full-time cardiac anesthesiologist to join our team at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, home to the MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute in the Baltimore region. Candidates should be currently in or completed a cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship. Position Highlights
* Dedicated cardiac team takes home/beeper call with very low call-in rate
* Long-tenured MDA and CRNA team
* Call 1:6 weekdays or weekends

Compensation Details

$485K–$515K

The hiring range is the range MedStar Health, in good faith, believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education and/or skill level, etc. Even within the range, the actual compensation will vary depending on the above factors as well as market/business considerations. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable under the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans.
