About the Opportunity:

Join our all–MD/DO anesthesia practice at Eisenhower Medical Center, a top-tier facility located in a beautiful Southern California vacation destination. We’re expanding our team to support the hospital’s growth, including the construction of six new outpatient ORs and a new OB L&D service. We’re seeking at least two full-time general anesthesiologists to join our thriving department.

Practice Highlights

• Single-site coverage — both inpatient and outpatient care all on one campus
• No required OB (OB coverage available for those interested)
• Excellent work/life balance with less than 10 night calls per year (night float system)

- Generous common unit value for all cases - Differential for cases after 5 PM - Additional compensation for downtime between cases - Minimum daily income guarantee for low-volume days - Busy joint center — spinal anesthesia proficiency preferred - Regional anesthesia required for outpatient ortho (inpatient managed by acute pain team) - Modern equipment and routinely updated facilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist (MD/DO)
• Strong general anesthesia experience
• OB experience is a plus, but not required
