Opportunity Highlights
- A variety of opportunities are available, from level 1 trauma to ambulatory surgery to critical access hospital sites. Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids is a quaternary care center.
- Manageable call expectations with anticipated maximum ratio of 1:7. Enjoy work-life balance with the opportunity to earn more by covering call and additional shifts.
- Diverse cases in many different specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, and more.
Positions are available in the city, suburbs, on the lakeshore, and every place in between: Big Rapids, Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Greenville, Reed City, and Zeeland.

CME allowance of $2,500 annually with rollover of unused funds with an annual maximum of $5,000.
Qualifications
- Required master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- 1 year of relevant experience as an RN in an acute care setting (e.g., ICU or ER) required
- LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan required

Compensation Details
$270-275k
Competitive annual base salary of $275,000. Call pay is in addition to the annual base - with further income potential available for picking up additional shifts.
