Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (prorated on call); all in-house shifts - no dependence on home call for core compensation; broad exposure to diverse, high-acuity case mix
- Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available with a work-life balance focused team. Call and holidays are shared among the group in a manner that creates individual hourly and compensation flexibility.
- Location and Hospital Info: Muskegon: Level 2 trauma center; Grand Rapids: Level 2 trauma center; Grand Haven: Level 4 community hospital.

Team Info:
- Practice in a care team model, providing medical direction over CRNAs with the opportunity to personally perform cases.
- Diverse general and complex case mix, including orthopedic (elective + trauma), gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology including EP and structural heat, OB, and full scope cardiothoracic cases.
- Utilization of peripheral nerve blocks and advanced regional techniques to reach enhanced recovery goals with our surgical colleagues.

- Competitive Compensation & Benefits You May Be Eligible For:
- $285/hour for in-house clinical shifts; 1.0 FTE = 2,000 hours annually
- Competitive compensation structure aligned with multi-site clinical coverage
- Transparent, predictable earnings tied directly to clinical work
- High Earnings Potential: Additional shifts up to $350/hour; opportunities to increase income through flexible scheduling and additional coverage
- Up to $75,000 annually in value-based incentives (based on quality, outcomes, and system performance) prorated based on FTE and start date
- Sign-on bonus up to $75,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
