Synergy Health Partners Seeking Part-Time Medical Director for Anesthesia

Synergy Health Partners is looking for a Medical Director of Anesthesia with strong leadership and clinical skills to join a team working at TRI-STATE HEALTH in beautiful CLARKSTON, WASHINGTON.

Job Description

• Staffing model: 1-MD and 4-CRNAs
• Part-time position: working clinically 2 weeks with administrative duties
• CRNAs work 3weeks on; rotating 1 week off
• Schedule: 2-weeks per month, flexible scheduling
• Medical Directorship duties:
  • Interface with C-suite, medical staff leaders, support personnel.
  • Create strategies to maximize OR efficiency and institute new service lines.
  • Create a culture of excellence in the surgery department.
  • Work with Lead CRNA to be sure Anesthesia work flow has no issues.
  • Attend committee/department monthly meetings in person; report back to Synergy during Bi-Weekly operation meetings.
  • Consult on cases on as needed basis.
