Available Shifts: Regular 8;10
Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Call & Requirements: 8 and 10 hour shifts available (7:00am - 3:00pm or 7:00am - 5:00pm)
• Supervision vs Independent: Supervision (We always have to Surgeons in house during surgery. We also have RNs that do the preop, intra op, and PACU. We have in house Surgical techs that also assist with patient care through out each case.)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and DEA
• Number of Operating Rooms: 32
• License Required or accepting IMLC: Active Wisconsin License required
