Practice Overview

  • You’ll join an established interventional pain team with 5 full-time physicians, APP support, and a part-time spine surgeon
  • High-volume procedural practice with in-office suites and an integrated ASC
  • Perform a broad range of procedures with autonomy to choose your own practice and procedural mix (minimally invasive to advanced cases)
  • Strong referral base from PCPs, orthopedics, neurology, and in-house primary care providers

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule options: 4-day workweek (10-hour days) or 5-day workweek (8-hour days)
  • Outpatient-only model with no call responsibilities
  • Dedicated ASC day for each physician
  • Established patient flow with 250–300 new referrals monthly

Compensation & Benefits

  • Two-year contract with a guaranteed base year 1, tied to RVU production with top earners reaching ~$800K
  • Escalating RVU model with higher earning potential as production increases
  • ASC ownership opportunity after 2 years - ancillary income from ownership is significant!

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management
  • Comfortable performing interventional spine and pain procedures independently
