Matossian Eye Associates is seeking a growth-oriented Comprehensive / Cataract Surgeon to join our team of 7 MDs and 4 ODs across modern offices in Doylestown, PA; Hamilton, NJ; and Hopewell, NJ.
We are part of a nationally recognized, vertically integrated ophthalmology network, offering the best of academic-quality medicine and private practice efficiency.

Compensation Details
Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work. We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections. Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th%ile compensation Paid CME, PTO, and outstanding benefits package including 401(k).
