Turnkey Sleep Medicine and Pulmonary Practice Opportunity near St. Louis

BJC Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine physician to join our established practice based at Memorial Hospital in Belleville and Memorial Hospital in Shiloh.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, turnkey practice with an established patient panel and immediate volume due to the retirement of a respected Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine physician. Located just minutes from downtown St. Louis, the practice offers the ideal combination of professional growth, collaboration, and quality of life.

Practice Details:

• Sleep-focused practice with up to 20% Pulmonary Medicine
• Ample experienced support staff including 3 APPs, 1 RN, 4 MAs and 3 Patient Service Reps
• Mentoring and collaboration from 3 accomplished Pulmonary Sleep Medicine physicians
• Clinic hours Monday through Friday with 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Provide inpatient pulmonary rounding as part of a comprehensive practice model

• 2 Year salary guarantee followed by wRVU productivity model with annual quality bonus

Role Purpose

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician's ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
