- Compensation: $315,000 β $351,000 (plus incentives)

- Leadership Role: Supervise physicians, nurses, and APPs while maintaining clinical duties

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee outpatient pulmonary clinics, bronchoscopy, inpatient consults, and medical ICU
- Support VA's educational mission and trainee programs

Collaborate with administration to achieve patient care metrics
- Work Environment: Blend of inpatient & outpatient care for a predominantly older veteran population
- Team Structure: Lead 11 physicians, 5 APPs, and 4 RNs; collaborate with Respiratory Therapy & Medicine Service Leadership

- MD or DO degree
- Full, unrestricted medical license
