Opportunity Details

• Engagement: 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Commitment: Minimum 15 appointment hours per week.
• Schedule: Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Patient Population: Adults seeking mental health evaluations and medication management.
• Compensation: Per completed and properly documented appointment:
  • Initial evaluation (30 min): $60
  • Follow-up (15 min): $40
• Eligible no-shows and late cancellations are compensated according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations and follow-ups.
• Assess and manage adult conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and support patient continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team when needed.

Additional opportunities may include serving as a collaborating/supervising physician for PMHNPs, subject to applicable state requirements.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active licenses in multiple U.S. states.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least one year of adult mental health experience in psychiatry, primary care, or telemedicine.
• Comfortable with virtual patient care and EMR systems.
• Reliable internet and a HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Preferred:

• Telepsychiatry experience.
• Previous PMHNP collaboration or supervision.
• Additional state licenses and DEA registrations.
