Clinical Medical Director | Value-Based Care | $400K+ | No Call

A rapidly growing, physician-led primary care organization is seeking a Clinical Medical Director to lead four outpatient clinics within a highly collaborative, value-based care model.

Position Overview

​

• 80% leadership / 20% clinical

• Lead and mentor physicians and nurse practitioners

• Drive clinical quality, outcomes, and operational performance

• Focus on population health and value-based care delivery

​

Qualifications

​

• MD/DO – Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Medical Director or clinical leadership experience required

• Value-based care or utilization management experience preferred

​

Compensation & Lifestyle

​

• $400K+ total compensation (80th percentile)

• Outpatient only

• No call, nights, or weekends - a true work life balance!
