ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its new and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in Independence, MO. Job Highlights:

• Outpatient position only
• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients

• Employed Position
• Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
• Full malpractice coverage with tail
• Medical Benefits (including retirement)
• CME
• PTO Qualifications:
• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure
