LIFE Geisinger (Living Independently for Elders), our nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), is seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physician to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

This is a unique opportunity to practice relationship-based medicine in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary care model designed to help adults 55+ remain healthy, independent, and living in their homes for as long as possible.

✅ Smaller patient panels that allow you to spend more meaningful time with patients and focus on quality of care

✅ No traditional call responsibilities, providing greater work-life balance and predictable scheduling

✅ Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) with no weekends

✅ Work alongside an integrated team of nurses, therapists, social workers, pharmacists, and care coordinators dedicated to whole-person care

✅ Opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients and their families while making a meaningful impact on senior health

✔ Starting base salary of $320,000+

✔ 15 CME days and $4,500 annual CME allowance
