ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to older adults in Milwaukee, WI.

• Senior patients (65+)
• Outpatient only
• Clinic Hours- Monday-Friday
• Small panel sizes to support a strong relationship between our physicians and our members.
• Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
• Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
• State-of-the-art facilities that are newly renovated/built and located directly within the community
• PTO
• CME

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Wisconsin medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full WI medical licensure
