Outpatient Primary Care Physician | IM, FM or Geriatrics | $75K signing bonus

StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a rapidly growing, senior focused primary care organization to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician for an established outpatient practice in the Milwaukee area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, physician focused practice with manageable patient volumes, exceptional clinical support, and outstanding work life balance.

Perks and Benefits

• Competitive base salary + Quality metrics bonus
• $75,000 sign on bonus plus relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits including malpractice with tail coverage, CME, retirement plan, employer matched 401(k), health insurance, and generous PTO
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with the option for a four day workweek
• Dedicated administrative time built into the schedule
• Optional Saturday clinic for additional compensation

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• 100% outpatient primary care with no hospital responsibilities
• Average 10 to 16 patients per day
• Care for adults age 60 and older
• Team based practice with dedicated medical assistants, RN support, care management, disease management, and social work
• Modern cloud based EMR
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Outpatient managed care experience preferred
