We are seeking a Physician to join our team as the Medical Director, with a focus on providing exceptional care to our senior patient population. As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and overseeing the medical services provided to our senior patients.

Physician Medical Director

Physician Medical Director - Responsibilities: 

• Plan, organize, manage, and supervise the roles of the Center PCPs 
• Identify physician recruitment needs and collaborate in the hiring and contracting of providers. 
• Establish work schedules and assignments for medical staff according to workload, space and equipment, and center needs 
• Oversee daily operations of physician services 
• Build strong relationships with specialists, hospitalist, SNF, and other providers to form a narrow network of quality services focused on senior population health 

Physician Medical Director - Required Qualifications: 

• 8 or more years of clinical practice experience, 5 or more years of management experience 
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university 
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine 
• This role has patient-facing duties. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB 
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences 

Physician Medical Director Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working in medically underserved/culturally diverse communities 
• Experience working with an electronic health record 
• Experience working in Medicare Advantage Global Risk Models
